San Domenico's 14th Annual Author Luncheon with Amy Bloom

This year we are thrilled to be welcoming New York Times best selling author/speaker, Amy Bloom, to our Author Luncheon. She will be discussing her latest novel Lucky Us. Bloom is a bestselling author of three novels and she has been a nominee for both the National Book Award and the National Book Critics Circle Award.

Lucky Us takes readers across America in the 1940's, that special decade of wartime dislocation and post-war disruption - with side-trips to England and Germany - in the company of a pair of half-sisters as endearing and comically annoying as any you'll find in fiction.

The Author Luncheon held in conjunction with our annual Book Fair, is a very special San Domenico tradition and it is a great way to meet new and old friends and celebrate literature.
